Roofing screws must match the support below.

Wholesale roofing screws, profile closures and reinforced repair tape for trade counters and site buyers in the United States. Jorkli supplies an inquiry-only catalogue for the sheet connection, not a roof installation package.

01 / Washer-backed sheet fixing

Roofing screws

The sheet is the outer layer. The thread needs to suit what it engages.

Enquiry basis Per box, confirmed on enquiry.

Supply scope: washer-backed screw selected for the stated sheet and support. No fixing pattern or wind-load capacity is assigned by this catalogue.

A roofing screw combines a metal fastener with a sealing washer for a compatible sheet-fixing detail. The screw's steel grade or coating, thread and point must suit the support and exposure. A drill-point screw intended for steel support is not automatically the right choice for timber.

The washer is part of the assembly. Its sealing material, backing and dimensions affect contact with the sheet. Confirm the actual elastomer, such as EPDM where specified, rather than assuming every black washer is made from the same material.

Support
Timber or metal, with thickness and material details where known.
Point and thread
Match the support and required drilling or engagement range.
Length
Allow for the full build-up and the engagement required by the fixing detail.
Head and drive
Confirm head form and setter fit, not just outside screw diameter.
Washer and finish
Backing material, seal type, diameter and exposure-compatible screw finish.

More torque is not more weather protection.Overdriving can distort a washer or damage the sheet; underdriving can leave a leak path. Follow the roofing system and fastener instructions for the setting method.

Profile check

“Corrugated” is not a part number.

Closures follow the sheet geometry. A similar-looking wave can have a different pitch or height, leaving gaps once the strip is installed. Give the sheet manufacturer's profile reference when available.

If measuring a sample, record rib spacing and profile depth with units. State whether the closure sits above or below the sheet. The two positions may need different shapes, and photographs alone do not establish a dimensional match.

Do not block a designed ventilation or drainage path with an improvised solid strip. The roof detail decides where closure material belongs.

02 / Profile-specific edge component

Closure strips

Closure strips occupy the shaped gaps at a sheet edge where the system detail calls for weather and debris exclusion. They suit an enquiry with an identified sheet profile and installation position. The closure material and compression behavior must be confirmed for that application.

Foam and other formed closure materials are not interchangeable simply because they can be cut to length. Exposure resistance and the intended compressed fit matter. A closure fills a profile gap; it does not become structural support for the sheet.

Profile
Sheet reference, rib spacing and depth where known.
Position
Above or below sheet; eave, ridge or another defined detail.
Material
Composition, compression behavior and exposure suitability to confirm.
Supply length
Strip length, required coverage and number of pieces.
Detail limits
Ventilation, drainage and any adhesive-facing requirement.

Enquiry basis Per set or pack, confirmed on enquiry.

Confirm what a set contains.A set description does not establish paired orientations or the coverage length. Ask for the included pieces before comparing the line.

Repair tape applied over a weathered roof seam
Surface condition belongs in the repair description. A tape's backing cannot make an unstable seam sound.
03 / Stated repair context

Roofing repair tape

Reinforced repair tape combines a backing with an adhesive sealing layer for a compatible repair detail. It suits a buyer who can identify the roof surface and the area being treated. Reinforcement helps the tape body; it does not establish a structural repair or a service-life guarantee.

Record the membrane type or sheet coating. Adhesive compatibility can change with plasticizers, old coatings or residue from a previous repair. A tape selected for metal cannot be assumed suitable for every flexible roof membrane.

Construction
Reinforced backing and adhesive system, confirmed by product.
Surface
Membrane or sheet identity, coating and existing repair material.
Roll dimensions
Width and length; required coverage and edge detail.
Preparation
Cleaning, primer and application pressure per product instructions.
Exposure
Outdoor weathering, water contact and operating temperature requirements.

Enquiry basis Per roll, confirmed on enquiry.

Repair tape is not concealed lap tape. For compressible butyl material between secured overlaps, use the sealant and tape compatibility page. State which side of the joint receives the tape.

Roof assembly record

Four checks before the box count.

A roof fixing enquiry needs a connection detail, not just a roof color. These checks separate a product match from a resemblance. They do not replace the roof system's installation specification.

CheckRecord on the enquiryFailure to avoid
Sheet and supportSheet material and thickness, support material, full build-up and fixing position.A point that cannot drill the support, inadequate thread engagement or a fixing chosen from sheet thickness alone.
Screw and washerDiameter and length, thread type, drive, finish and seal specification.A washer damaged by an unsuitable setting method, or corrosion from a material mismatch.
Closure profileSheet profile reference, closure orientation, strip length and installation location.Gaps caused by the wrong rib pitch or an obstruction in a designed drainage path.
Repair surfaceMembrane or coating identity, existing residue, seam movement and exposure.Adhesive attached to a loose surface layer, or an unsupported joint opening beneath the patch.
No assumed performance rating

Wind uplift, fixing spacing and structural capacity belong to the roof design and the selected system documentation. This catalogue does not assign a screw quantity per square foot or approve a substitution for an engineered detail.

Replacement work

The old hole changes the question.

Replacing a missing fastener is not always the same job as installing into new support. Describe damaged holes and the condition of the material below the sheet.

Length and engagement

The screw must pass through the assembled layers and engage the support as specified. Measuring only the visible sheet does not account for insulation or a spacer. Include the build-up without treating nonstructural layers as supporting material.

For steel supports, confirm the point's drilling capacity and the engaged material thickness. For timber, state the support condition. A longer screw cannot restore decayed timber or make an unsupported sheet edge sound.

Coatings and exposed edges

A coated screw is not a stainless screw. The finish must suit the exposure and the surrounding metals, including washer backing. Contact between dissimilar materials can need review under the roof system's guidance.

Do not cover rust scale or a failed coating with tape and treat that as a prepared surface. The bond depends on the material beneath it remaining attached. Any required surface treatment must be compatible with the repair product.

Washer-only replacement

State whether the request is for a complete screw assembly or a separate replacement washer. A matching outside diameter alone does not establish the hole fit, backing shape or seal compound. Separate availability is checked on enquiry.

Sheet-to-sheet laps

A lap connection differs from a main fixing into a support. Identify the connection type and use the system detail for its fastener choice. A shared head shape does not make two screw types equivalent.

Supply process

One roof detail. Separate supply lines.

Keep screws, closures and repair tape separate on the request. Each has a different basis, and a combined quantity such as “one roof kit” leaves out the profile and coverage. Jorkli checks the lines against the information you provide before confirming availability.

For a trade counter restock, include the existing product reference and the pack you are replacing. For a site requirement, state the piece or roll quantity from the project schedule. This page does not estimate roof quantities.

Send a roofing enquiry
  1. Identify the connection.Send the sheet profile and support description. Mark new work or replacement work, and note any exact product named in the roof specification.
  2. Add the separate components.List screw assemblies by required pieces, closures by profile and coverage, and tape by width and roll length. State what remains unknown.
  3. Clarify the proposed line.Jorkli checks the enquiry context and asks for missing fit details where needed. An alternative is not treated as approved simply because it is available.
  4. Review supply confirmation.Check included washers, closure pack contents and the confirmed roll dimensions. Availability and lead time are addressed in the reply, not promised by the catalogue listing.

A component enquiry is not a roof survey.

This page suits a buyer with a sheet system or repair detail to identify. It is not for obtaining a roof inspection, emergency leak diagnosis or an installation crew. The cause of water entry can be elsewhere in the assembly, beyond the seam where it becomes visible.

Do not access a roof just to complete this form. Use existing specifications or information gathered through safe site procedures. If a connection has a structural or weathering requirement, obtain the relevant product documentation and have the responsible installer or designer assess the detail.

Product-specific warranty terms, where applicable, must be confirmed in writing before an order. The warranty information page explains the catalogue's position without promising coverage for a roof or a repair.

Roofing screws wholesale / Enquiry only

Send the sheet and support together.

A profile reference is useful. So is a product code from the existing fixing, provided the original line was appropriate to the detail. Describe the connection in words if those records are not available.

Screw request
Sheet and support, screw dimensions, washer specification and piece quantity.
Closure request
Profile, orientation, required length and pack context.
Tape request
Surface identity, seam condition and roll dimensions.

Add a phone number or email address for a reply. Your request is not a stock reservation or acceptance of a roof repair specification.

At least one reply route is needed. Phone and email are each optional on their own.

Component fit, pack basis and availability are checked after enquiry.
